Join the Women LEAD NYC team for a networking and fundraising event, graciously hosted by 121 Fulton St., on Friday August 24th, from 6-7pm. Tickets will be $10 at the door for a one-hour open bar, including Yuengling, Bud Light, and well drinks. Come mingle and network with other professionals who support developing young women's leadership skills worldwide!
Women LEAD empowers young women to take leadership positions alongside men in Nepal by providing them with the skills to pursue their vision for change. Women LEAD builds the capacity of female high school students to tackle poverty and discrimination. In 2011, they e
quipped 200 promising leaders (aged 14 to 19) with academic, career and leadership skills through their programs.
For every $100 raised at this event, we will be able to send one girl through the entire Women LEAD leadership institute. So, EVERY TEN ATTENDEES=1 ENTIRE SCHOLARSHIP!
Join us to help support this wonderful organization, and raise funds to send more girls through Women LEAD's programs, in order to give young women the tools to change their communities for the better.
